Utkal Hazowary

Utkal Hazowary is an Indian film actor who played a supporting role in the Assamese movie Local Kung Fu in 2013. His 2017 release includes the Assamese Kung fu action comedy film Local Kung Fu 2, directed by Kenny Basumatary.
